Residenza Lido is a beautiful and cosy 3.5 room apartment (approx. 70m2), in a perfect location, directly opposite the Lido Locarno! Residenza Lido has a wonderful view of the bay of Locarno and the Lido. Residenza Lido is on the top floor and has a covered terrace for you to enjoy the view, no matter the weather! Ideal for families with 2 children. Room layout: living room with dining area, kitchen, covered terrace, one bedroom with two single beds placed together, and one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom/WC, and a separate WC. From the living room and the master bedroom you have direct access to the terrace. Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons. One medium sized dog is allowed in Residenza Lido. Smoking is not permitted in Residenza Lido. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Residenza Lido has one dedicated garage space for your use in the adjacent building's underground garage. There is a lift from the street level directly to the apartment. There are also additional public parking spaces in the area for a second car. Please note: A parking space for a second car is NOT guaranteed as the additional parking spaces are in public parking zones.
