Second-floor studio in Highland Park, in a 100+-year-old historic schoolhouse. It has sunlit windows, soft throw pillows, and a firm double bed. Enjoy complimentary home-baked bakery items during your stay. Please note: because of the vulnerability of my age bracket as well as the B&B being located in my home, I am only accepting guests who have been fully COVID-19 vaccinated. There is a full-sized fridge, small stove with oven, Keurig with pods, microwave, toaster oven, basic kitchenware, WiFi, TV with RoKu, a closet, and a desk. The living area has two loveseats and chairs, and a coffee table. The bed is a firm double. I am always available by text and phone for questions and information about the area. When you arrive I will get you settled in and orient you to the space. Quiet neighborhood and almost completely surrounded by woodlands. It’s just a short walk to a grocery and liquor store. Very convenient access to I91 and I90, as well as Route 5. Perfect for those visiting the 5-colleges. There is a small dog on the property that does not have access to the apartment. There is off-street parking for one vehicle. Guests should park in the driveway near the gate, walk to the back yard, and walk up the ramp to the side door.
