The property has two RV electric and water hook ups which could potentially be used with express permission of owner. Long term guests are asked to pay for and allow periodic cleaning. Property is fully fenced and gated with locked gate. The water is from a well, has been tested and is potable but owner but bottled water from Bi-mart is available.
