We have a totally remodeled property with 4 private studios, a common gourmet kitchen and laundry area. There is a great patio, BBQ, fire pit and plenty of parking. We live within 2 miles of all 72 of our units. We certainly do not hover over our guests but we are available 24/7 for any issues that may arise. This is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is less than 2 miles from the local hospital. And is close to most large companies and educational facilities in Madisonville. Madisonville is a small town with about 20,000 residents. There is a limited bus transportation service. Bikes are an easy form of getting around especially as it relates to our hospital and educational facilities.
