It`s 100 meters away from the charming sandy beach of Torre Lapillo, Villa Ariel is an exclusive holiday home, ideal for a relaxing vacation on the coast of Porto Cesareo, one of the most loved Apulian toruist destinations. The villa is modern, well equipped and furnished with attention to details, Mediterranean style. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa 100 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo Villa Ariel is framed by an entirely fenced garden, with trees, equipped outdoor spaces ideal for lunch or dinner, barbecue grill and parking area. The house consists of a beautiful living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, the sitting room with armchairs and television and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with pertinent and exclusive bathroom: 2 double bedrooms (one of which on the first floor) and a four-bed room. The windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets. The surroundings of Villa Ariel Villa Ariel is in the residential area of Torre Lapillo, 100 meters away from the free beach and the beach establishments and the necessary to spend a relaxing vacation. The villa is 300 meters away from the centre of Torre Lapillo with its amenities, such as bars, tobacco shops, newsstand, supermarket, fish shop, church and doctor on duty. The house is in an ideal position because it`s within walking distance from the sea and the city centre, part of Porto Cesareo. - Air conditioner in the living room. - One of the bathroom is without shower. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
