Our holiday home in the sunny south of Tenerife has a living space of 80 sqm on 2 floors and a 20 sqm garden terrace. The house is situated in a quiet residential complex, mainly inhabited by locals and residents. Our well-kept holiday home in the sunny south of Tenerife is very fully equipped, so you won't miss anything. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, the well-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. From here you have easy access to the private terrace with a romantic little garden. If you use the other exit, you come to the community pool of the small residential complex, which you can of course use. On the upper floor you will find the two light-flooded Bedroom (of course with folding shutters to darken) each with a balcony and the well-equipped bathroom. The two bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. In the larger room ('Rojo') there is also a small one Desk, a cupboard and a safe. One bedroom has air conditioning, the other has a ceiling fan. From the living room you come to the private terrace with a romantic little garden. On the other side of the house is the communal pool, which you can of course use. There are enough parking spaces in the area. Chayofa is one of the most exclusive villa locations in the south of Tenerife and is the ideal place for a quiet, relaxing holiday, with all the possibilities for nature expeditions, hiking and other sporting activities. And the full night life is also within easy reach. Nevertheless, you live far away from the hustle and bustle in a private atmosphere! That's just awesome! Chayofa is five minutes by car from the turbulent tourist centers of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas at the beginning of the Parque Nacional de Las Cañadas del Teide with its diverse hiking opportunities. Since Chayofa is only approx. 300 m above sea level, you can enjoy a temperate mild climate with lots of sun and very few rainy days all year round.
