Holiday home on the outskirts of Alhaurín el Grande, province of Malaga, Andalucia. Located in the lovely Sierra of Mijas, this holiday villa provides up to 9 guests with all the comforts needed to spend an unforgettable holiday. You and your family will relax and enjoy the quietness of the environment, sleep in the comfortable beds of the spacious bedrooms and gather in the living areas to spend some time together. All the rooms are on the first floor of the villa. Downstairs, at the pool level, there only is a 30-sq-mt laundry room, provided with iron, iron board, washing machine and dryer. The house welcomes a snug, light-filled dining-living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, an 8-place dining table and a pellet stove. Next to it, the independent kitchen is characterised by wooden furniture and hi-tech appliances, which help you cook the most delicious dishes. However, the cherries on the pie are the villa's three spacious, welcoming bedrooms that ensure a relaxing sleep. The master bedroom, equipped with one double bed and a single bed, is also provided with a built-in wardrobe, an armchair and a marvellous ensuite with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Another bedroom is provided with a double bed and a single bed, whereas the third bedroom features one bunk bed. Besides, in the latter, an extra single bed can be added, the total capacity of the house being of nine guests. Lastly, a second bathroom with a walk-in shower is available in the villa. The bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con, while the bathrooms rely on underfloor heating. Given the splendid weather of the Costa del Sol, you will spend the majority of your time outside. Therefore, know that the huge covered porch, which you can access from the living room, welcomes a relaxing chill-out space, an area for "al fresco" dining and even a ping-pong table, to let everyone enjoy their free time. For the little ones, there is the front yard, whose grassed area features a fun playground that will keep the children occupied. Lastly, discover the lovely pool area, where several outdoor facilities are guaranteed. Among them, the covered BBQ with yet another dining area and a toilet, and the poolside sun loungers, on which you will soak up the warm sunshine. And, to top it all off, the splendid private pool, ideal for a refreshing dip when the temperatures rise. The villa is also provided with a covered parking space. The access to the house is possible via an 850-mt unpaved lane.
