Beautiful penthouse with two big terraces and stunning views in Cala Flores

This lovely 2 bedroom penthouse is located in Cala Flores, in the development Cala Azul, Cabo de Palos. The property is fully air-conditioned with both hot & cold pumps in both bedrooms and the living room, has a full bathroom with over bath shower, independent kitchen with galley area and a bright and airy living room with access onto a terrace with bbq. A spiral staircase then gives access to a huge solarium with amazing views reaching all the way round to Cabo de Palos lighthouse. The development has a lovely communal pool open from the 1st of June to the 15th of September. The apartment has got wifi connection. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay) Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit. Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply. Professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure. LOCATION: The development, Cala Azul, has a lovely comunal pool that is normally open from June to September, (dates to be confirmed by season), and is very close to the big supermarket (Spar), which is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops... The peculiarity of Cala Flores is the big number of coves, such as Cala Reona, Cala del Descargador (the closest one to the apartment), Cala Dorada... Playa de Levante (Mediterranean beach in Cabo de Palos) is less than 15 minutes walking distance. Less than 10 minutes walking distance there is an area in Cabo de Palos where a large street market takes place every Sunday morning.
