The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery for more than 10 people, the choice of two different coffee machines, one being a Caffitaly Pod Machine and the other being a Jura Beans Coffee Machine. Four large bedrooms all with linen provided and beds made for your convenience, so you start enjoying from the moment you arrive!! The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. Internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and the bonus of a double remote lock up garage with internal access, there is also driveway space for 2 more cars or easily accommodate a boat. The large, enclosed yard is perfect for small dogs only and the perfect undercover alfresco dining experience comes complete with a gas BBQ and 2-person outdoor spa (needs to be filled on arrival and emptied on departure). Located close to beautiful Anna Bay beaches and approximately 10 minutes to Salamander Shopping Centre and Nelson Bay. This property does have Wi-fi. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
