Shower room and separate toilet. You will also use an independent fully fitted kitchen as you please (4 ring ceramic cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator/freezer, electric coffee maker, a Senseo pod coffee maker and a kettle, etc).
