The welcoming Holiday Apartment Viola is an independent residence, located in the fascinating and unique context of Riva Bianca, one of the most beautiful beaches of Lake Como. Ideal place for families or group of friends. The house enjoys a unique and exclusive position on the beautiful beach of Riva Bianca. The property is spread over several levels, connected by an internal walnut staircase. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor we find the living area, large and bright, with a kitchen area equipped with all appliances, ideal for those who love cooking. The windows of the living area lead to the terrace where you can eat in company, enjoying aperitifs and dinners with breathtaking views and panoramas. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Going up the stairs we arrive in an attic with exposed wooden roof, where there is a double bedroom with bathroom. Pertaining to the house there is also a garage on the ground floor. The house has a large hot tub which is unfortunately not functional at the moment. From 1 January 2018 the municipality of Lierna has decided to apply the tourist tax of 0. 90 € per person per night.
