You will be close enough to town (under 2 miles) to be close to it all, but far enough away to get away from it all to relax an unwind. This clean, modern and cosy space is also in the perfect location for you to access the many Ski areas in the Valley - poised enough to avoid most traffic, close enough to town to be in the middle of it all, yet far enough out to escape the hustle and bustle when you need to - while soaking in the hot tub with a beverage of choice. A short drive from the Saco river makes it perfectly situated to enjoy everything the valley has to offer. The driveway holds enough space for 3 cars only. One car should be parked on the little stone drive to the right of the main driveway. Absolutely no parties or events at this house. This is a residential neighborhood and we have strict quiet times between 10pm and 8am. There is noise monitoring software at the property that measures decibels only.
