'BEACHED' - Step Off The Deck And Onto The Sand

'Beached' is a modern open-plan home on absolute beach front - right on the sand at beautiful North Beach! The house design makes the most of the stunning sea views from the kitchen, dining, family and main bedroom. Outdoor furniture is supplied for sitting on the large front deck watching the kids play on the sand, the sunset, or just the world going by. Should the beach views get monotonous then there is room to relax on the back deck and take in the scenery of the nature reserve with its sand dunes and native coastal vegetation. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need. Tea, coffee, sugar and long life milk are provided or if you prefer a cappuccino or latte - North Beach Kitchen, is a short 300 metre walk away. Salt, pepper, cooking oil and cling wrap, foils, baking paper and barbeque liners are also there for your use. The dining table seats 6, but is extendable if you need the extra room. The pantry is not for guests' use but there is plenty of cupboard/fridge/freezer space for food supplies. - Free Internet - Split system air conditioning and ceiling fans - 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans (2 Queen beds and 2 singles), tallboys and wardrobe - Lounge area; Smart TV, surround sound and a selection of family board games - Mandi Room (private outdoor shower area with hot/cold water) perfect for rinsing off after a swim - Laundry; washing machine, detergent, iron, ironing board, cleaning products - Guest toiletries - handsoap, mini shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, shower cap - Linen and towels are NOT provided, so please bring your own. For hygiene reasons, a top sheet must be used. Quilts, pillows, extra blankets, electric blanket are provided - Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and off street parking - Please note, the garage is not for guests' use. A barbeque out the back, completes this wonderful home. Please consider the next guests though and clean the barbeque before you leave. (The cleaner charges an additional $50 fee should it need doing). There are strictly no parties, functions or pets allowed at 'Beached' and bond will be forfeited if this ruling is not adhered to. This helps ensure our beautiful home is kept to the standard our guests should expect. There is a 3 night minimum stay policy for 'Beached.'
