This charming Provencal stone villa enjoys a tranquil location, nestled amidst olive groves in the hills of Provence. It is situated in one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Fayence, which is a beautiful perched village, located between the sea and the mountains in the South of France. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning in all of the rooms, as well as five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and living area. Outside, a large covered terrace, well-maintained garden and refreshing swimming pool provide plenty of space for outside living. The surrounding area offers lots to discover, with beautiful landscapes, charming villages and a relaxing, laid-back culture. Lac de Saint Cassien is less than 20km from the holiday home: here you can enjoy a range of water sports or simply relax on the lake's pretty shoreline. Alternatively, there is an abundance of rivers, gorges and forests, which offer plenty of opportunities for hiking or cycling.
