Positioned in a peaceful and idyllic position in the forest at the end of a small lane of holiday chalets, the house offers great quality renovated holiday rental accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a fabulous terrace with sitting area overlooking the views for up to 8 guests (6 adults maximum) in proximity to skiing and a wealth of outdoor activities on your doorstep. Mountain View House is a great 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home in proximity to Kranjska Gora, renovated in 2018 and carefully fitted out with guest enjoyment in mind. Arriving at the house, the parking area is on the same level as the lower garden and entry to the bicylcle / ski storeroom (which also offers access through to the basement bedroom). A staircase takes you up to the main entrance and to the fabulous terrace area with sofa and chairs overlooking the stunning views of the Julian Alps. An entry area leads to a bathroom on the middle floor and a lovely open plan living room / dining room with fireplace and semi open plan kitchen corner, all with great views of the mountains and surrounding forests and access out to the main terrace. On the upper floor are located a smaller twin bedroom and the spacious master bedroom with panoramic balcony and ensuite bathroom. On this level is also balcony to the rear of the house. Please note the staircase is quite steep and may not be suitable for smaller children. On the lower level is a large bedroom with 140cm double bed and 120 cm sofabed and ensuite bathroom. Coronavirus flexible cancellation policy: * Payments are refundable to the Guest, minus applicable bank charges, in the following events applying at the time of arrival: Closure of tourism as an allowable activity / Closure of international border crossing into Slovenia, where the Guest is travelling from outside Slovenia / Ban on inter-regional or inter-municipal travel for non emergency / work purposes affecting the region where the Property is located or preventing the arrival of the Guest / Change to the quarantine regime from the time of booking to the time of arrival requiring quarantine on arrival for the Guest’s country of residence with no exemption for negative tests / vaccination status / previous infection.
