The ideal apartment for your vacations in the heart of Salento, in Casarano, a few kilometers from the beaches of Gallipoli and the most famous tourist towns of the area. It`s on the first floor of a small complex, the apartment is looked after and equipped with the modern comforts. The functional and comfortable holiday home The house consists of a bright living room with sofa and armchairs, a large habitable kitchen with kitchenette and fireplace, the corridor that leads you to the sleeping area which consists of 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is equipped with air conditioning. Completed by a balcony with view on the city centre: it`s furnished with table and chairs and equipped with a small barbecue grill, where you can cook after long days at the Ionian beaches or after a stroll in the old town centres of Salento. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 10 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioning in the corridor.
