Upstairs takes you to the second floor with 3 bedrooms, each with amazing, opened sea and island views, with AC and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom No.2 is with double bed (160x200), bedroom No.3 is with double bed (180x200), and bedroom No.4 has two single beds (2x90x200). In the heart of the Villa, just in front of the kitchen and living room is a pool area with a private 32msq heated pool and 6 lounge chairs. It overlooks the whole area and will be an ideal place for relaxing. Grill and outdoor dining area are just next to it for enjoying meals, local wine, and amazing views. The property is fully Air-conditioned, it has 6 Air-condition units in all bedrooms, living and dining room. Secured, covered two parking places on the property are for guest's use.
