Welcome to 'Maureen's' - our stunning and sunny bungalow in a prime location. Our property is new for 2021 and has just had a complete refurbishment to a high standard - some of the features include a vast open and sociable living/dining area with large smart TV, some books and games, bluetooth speaker. Also a high specification fully stocked kitchen including built in washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, wine cooler, electric double oven & hob, comfortable seating for the family in both dining and lounge areas. The bedrooms are well equipped with alarm clocks which incorporate a wireless phone charger, hair dryers, smart TV's, larger than normal towels, large wardrobes and drawers. Our main king size bedroom has a sumptuous ensuite bathroom with large double ended bath, perfect for those relaxing evenings. Our children's room is equipped with sturdy bunk beds, a smart TV and room for children to play with the lego and train track provided. The double room is yet another bright and sunny room with smart TV and good clothes storage. The second bathroom is another bright and spacious room hosting a large shower unit, large sink with mirror above. All rooms have USB sockets in the wall for your convenience. The living area is bright and airy and leads onto a spectacular private garden area through large bi-folding doors - with a large decking fully equipped with dining furniture and best of all....a hot tub! Also in the garden is a built in barbecue, an artificial grass area and then a lower pebbled deck to relax on lounging furniture to soak up the evening sun. As parents ourselves, we have put extra thought into making the garden a completely secure area to allow you to fully relax and unwind in the knowledge that your family are safe, both gates have keypad locks to get in or out. The front drive is newly paved with easy parking for at least 3 cars, we also have an electric car charging station which will be available on request. Maureen's is set in a prime location with so many amenities within a 2-10 minute walk - Carbis Bay hosts a lovely children's park, pubs, grocery shop, dentist, bus stop, churches, train station and best of all the beautiful Carbis Bay beach is just down the road. St Ives, Hayle & Penzance with their attractions are just a short drive away. While close to all these, our bungalow is nestled away from the main road in a very quiet (very quiet!) cul de sac location with the gardens to the rear of the property which enjoys sea views (and sounds!). The property boasts free unlimited good wi-fi, iron and board, washing line/baskets, decent sized entrance porch area for coats and shoes, a large storage cupboard and we will endeavour to fulfil any extra requests you may have.
