Located in Aguada, the community is quiet but still close to local restaurants and a short drive from Rincón. The space: Welcome to your home away from home in Aguada! We are a newly renovated property located on the west coast of Puerto Rico. When you arrive you will find a security gated entry and two assigned parking spots. Our unit is closest to the ocean and located on the top floor of the complex. You will experience views of the ocean or tropical foliage in each room! Inside: The kitchen is equipped with all new cookware, dinner ware, and kitchen appliances. The kitchen has a coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, and microwave along with a stove/oven and refrigerator. We offer two bedrooms and two living spaces each equipped with new air conditioner units. We supply an extra queen size air mattress that is stored in the bedroom closet for extra sleeping options. We offer high-speed internet, in-unit washing machine/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs and small cooler bag. In addition, the complex offers a back-up power generator. The terrace is large and has plenty of seating to enjoy the fresh air off the ocean. The main floor patio is covered and has a small table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee at. Outside: An infinity pool with gazebo area is yours to reserve in 2-hour blocks during your stay. There is ample seating around the pool to relax and enjoy the awesome weather and ocean breezes as well as on-site showers and restrooms. Table Rock Beach is known for its surfing and is located outside the security gate. You can walk in either direction on the sandy beach as you look for sea glass or in search of sea creatures or just enjoying the beautiful blue ocean. Our condo is less than 20 minutes to Rincon, the surfing capital, with tons of restaurants and famous beaches to enjoy. It is also 15 minutes to Aguadilla which also boasts awesome beaches and restaurants and shopping. The closest airport is 20 minutes away in Aguadilla (BQN) or approximately 2 hours to the San Jan airport (SJU). *Please note: We are located on an island.
