The house with roof terrace and heated pool has a great location and is ideal for holidays with family and friends. The residence on the French Riviera - Côte d'Azur is close to the Nietzsche trail where you can take lovely walks. The medieval town of Èze-sur-Mer, with its picturesque narrow alleys and special location on top of the mountain, is about 250 m away. From the house you walk directly, via the Chemin de Michel path, to the Plateau de la Justice with spectacular views of St. Jean Cap Ferrat, Nice, Antibes and Saint Tropez. The pool is adjustable and therefore ideal for families with children. Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on the sunbeds around it or have a cosy barbecue on the spacious roof terrace with dining table and sea view. The swimming pool heats up to about 4 degrees, so it can still be chilly on cold winter days.
