This 30m² studio is composed of a living room with sofa bed (2 persons), equipped kitchen and dining area. The bathroom has an Italian shower and toilet. Electric heating (consumption-based billing). Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility of access to a jacuzzi and large garden to share (time to be defined with the owner). Large free car park in the immediate vicinity (50 metres). Big family reunion, celebration with friends? Possibility of renting the whole establishment allowing to accommodate up to 15 people (3 houses make up this large gîte: Le Haut du Blanc, Le Naillac and Le Studio Moncoeur). The surplus is to be paid to the owner: actual billing according to consumption (meter reading).
