There is a front loader washing machine/dryer combo which is available for use. The best part of the apartment is the location - easy access to Fitzroy proper and all that it has to offer, close to University of Melbourne, RMIT and other academic institutions as well as just a tram ride from the city. It is a lively multi-faceted inner city borough filled with bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, studios and live music - there is so much to see and do and enjoy. Retail therapy is definitely a must with the iconic shopping strips of Brunswick and Smith Streets. The apartment is ideally located just one street across from the full busy ebb and flow of main strip.
