Beautiful apartment with lake view in a modern complex with pool, just a few steps from the beach in Sirmione, on southern Lake Garda. The apartment has a 15m² large, west-facing terrace with a great view of the lake and the pool of the complex. Inside you will find an elegantly furnished living area with double sofa bed, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. There is a double room with a balcony, wardrobe, TV and an extra bed for 1 child. In the hall there is a built-in cupboard with washing machine and necessary utensils for your stay. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The apartment has a private garage in which you can park your car or your bicycles. The garage is in the underground car park of the complex. You can comfortably get from the garage to your apartment on the 1st floor with the elevator. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. The beach "Spiaggia Brema" can be reached on foot in 3 minutes (250 m). There you will find a beach bar that also offers hot meals and grill specialties, as well as occasional live music in summer. There is also a deck chair rental, a pedal boat rental and a small surf school. The center of Colombare di Sirmione with many restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, bars and much more can be reached quickly on foot. It is about 600 meters to the center. The old town of Sirmione, at the tip of the peninsula, can be reached on foot in around 40 minutes or comfortably with the shuttle bus that leaves from the center or the marina every 20 minutes. Sirmione is the pearl of Lake Garda and a magical place. Here you will find wonderful small restaurants, great beaches around the peninsula, the Skaliger moated castle or the remains of the Roman thermal bath "Grotte di Catullo". Sirmione was already known in Roman times for the thermal waters that spring here and is still the most important spa center in Italy with thermal baths and the "Aqcuaria" spa and bathing baths.
