Relax on the deck with a book and soak up the sun or head down to the beach for a swim or surf. We are centrally located between Manyana Beach, Green Island, Lake Berringer and Cunjurong Point all an easy 10 minute walk away. Inyadda Beach and Washerwomens Beach at Bendalong are also only a couple of minutes drive away. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels. Full Description Manyana Beach runs from Manyana Village to Cunjurong Point and Green Island. The northern headland provides beautiful views of the coastline and is a popular and world renown surfing spot, great for snorkelling, fishing and stand up paddle boarding. If you enjoy exploring rock pools, then Manyana Beach will captivate you for hours. Lake Berringer is a great area for kayaking and offers more than just a lake paddle. Skim over the water around to Lake Conjola, Chinamans Island and out to the ocean. There are also many great walking trails for you to discover throughout the area. Villa Manyana is the perfect escape for a break no matter what time of year. The house is sun filled as the rear faces north and the slow combustion heating provides a cosy haven for winter. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning. The local sports reserve is just down the road offering tennis, basketball, a skatepark and an oval for a game of soccer or football. Tennis rackets & balls are available for use during your stay. The house is fully fenced, ideal for pets and young children. There are three bedrooms two with queen beds and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath & shower and the laundry has a second toilet with a washing machine and dryer. A fully equipped kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, and all utensils for cooking and entertaining. The BBQ is plumbed into the gas, so no need to worry about empty gas bottles. Basic supplies like salt, pepper and oil. Coffee machine: Sunbeam barista max espresso machine with integrated grinder. The lounge room has a smart TV including a DVD player. Board games, a pack of cards, jigsaw puzzles, chess set and an assortment of books and magazines are all available. Complimentary Wi-Fi available. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and food. We have provided some basic amenities until you have an opportunity to shop in Milton or Ulladulla. There is a shop located at Bendalong for some basic grocery items. Off road parking for 2 cars.
