The recently completely renovated house (June 2020) offers an attractive, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been paid to child-friendly and safety and 1 pet is welcome. A lovely house fully equipped (wifi, digital TV, "emma" mattresses, combi oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, closed and private garden around, bicycle shed with charging point, outside tap, etc.). The house has a cozy living room, open kitchen with all conveniences, such as a combi microwave, refrigerator with freezer and toaster. There is an attractive dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin and a bedroom with a bed and a half loft bed. There is a separate toilet and a walk-in shower with washbasin. The entire house has central heating, PVC floor and a (towel) radiator in every room and has a surprising amount of storage space. The house stands on a plot of 147m², completely fenced with greenery and wire mesh and a renovated terrace with various furniture. 5 minutes walking distance from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bicycle-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-free and child-friendly park with private parking. There is a playground available. The park is located at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby?! You can park the cars on your own property. The center of Zoutelande (fully equipped and very cozy in terms of boulevard, terraces, boutiques, etc.) is a 5 min. bike ride or 10 min. walk. The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the murmur of the sea! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday at the beach in Zoutelande is a feast!The center of Zoutelande is a few minutes by bike to reach Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government.
