This magnificent semi-detached house is part of a splendid Venetian Villa surrounded by a park with an Italian garden, full of flowers, plants, fountains and fruit trees. The part of the house for the guests is on two floors: on the ground floor is a large living room, overlooking the garden, from which you go up a steep marble staircase which leads directly to the living room-kitchen, from whose windows you can admire a part of the garden, and to the mezzanine with a double bed; while, going down a few steps, you reach the other two bedrooms. Guests have free access to the entire garden, but in front of their entrance there is a private area with sunbeds for sunbathing and a nice table where you can enjoy your dinner after cooking at the barbecue. There are also three bicycles available to use on the many cycle paths that start from the house. The strategic location of the Villa, located in the center of the Veneto region, provides a vast choice of historical, artistic and naturalistic itineraries. An interesting itinerary is the gastronomic one with a visit to the cellars of the Breganze area where the Vespaiolo and Torcolato wines are produced. For those who love trekking in the mountains, in 20 km you can reach the Asiago Plateau, where in winter you can go cross-country skiing and practice downhill. The main art cities of Veneto are within easy reach: Vicenza (20 km), Padua (50 km), Verona (88 km), Venice (90 km), as well as a series of splendid medieval towns and ancient villages: Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, famous for the Chess Game with living characters, Asolo ... and a series of itineraries that allow you to visit the most beautiful Venetian Villas (many of them are Palladian Villas), some located near the house. Your pet is welcome, on the property there are cats and a dog. It is not possible to recharge electric cars inside the property, there are several charging stations nearby. Washing machine for a fee: the first two washes are included in the price of the house. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
