Our Tramontana house is part of Can Toni Blay private estate (closed area with exclusive access code for clients). It´s located at km 10.3 of Formentera. 800 meters from the house, we find Migjorn beach, where we can access walking or by car, no need to exit to the main road. The fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí, is located 1 km away, next to the Ses Platjetes beach, where we may find restaurants, terraces, pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, car rental, office, shops ... The maximum capacity of Tramontana house is 4 people, distributed in 2 double bedrooms. THE HOUSE FEATURES: • OUTDOOR -Porch with garden furniture. -Garden. -Outdoor barbecue. -Covered parking. - Outdoor stairs to the lounge on the roof of the house with sea views. -Charging terminal for electric vehicles. -Charging terminal for electric motorcycles. -Playground. • INDOOR -Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, fridge, toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine, nespresso. -Dining room. -Living room with Smart TV. -Stereo. -1 room with double bed with ensuite full bathroom. -1 double bedroom (the beds can be pushed together and prepared as a double bed). -1 full bathroom. -Alarm. -Safe. -Wi-fi. - Living room with air conditioning. The rooms have ceiling fans and heating. The price of the stay includes entrance cleaning (not daily cleaning) bed and bath linen (one bath towel and one washcloth per person, one bathmat for each bathroom and welcome amenities). Bathroom linen is changed twice a week. Bed linen changed weekly. We have cribs and highchairs available for our customers at no additional cost. • Check-in hours from 4:00 p.m., check-out hours until 11:00 a.m. In case of being able to enter before or leave later than the established time, the clients will be notified. • Tap water is slightly saline. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking is not allowed indoors. • The house must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered at check-in. Information on the tourist tax of Formentera. As of July 1, 2016, the autonomous government of the Balearic Islands establishes a Tourism Tax Sustainable, which must be collected directly by the tourist accommodation. Children under 16 will be exempt from payment. The amount to be paid has been set by the regional government and fluctuates from 50 cents to 2 EUR per person and night plus VAT, depending on the type of accommodation. In the case of agritourisms and rural houses the amount is 2 EUR + 10% VAT (per person, per night). From the 9th day of stay this tax will be reduced to 50%. The objective of this measure is to help maintain the natural beauty of this island. Payment of the tax must be paid to the owner in cash on the day of arrival.
