"Bmp Apartment Orchidea" with pool and beach

Finely furnished apartment, with a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one double and one single), double sofa bed in the living room, bathroom, small terrace with lake view. Air conditioning, independent heating and WI-FI. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven , iron, drying rack and hairdryer. The use of the apartment includes 1 parking space, access to and use of the beach, seasonal swimming pool as well as access to and use of the condominium private docking dock Please check in between 3pm and 7pm and check out by 10am. If there were no overlaps in the reservations we could be more flexible. There is a comfortable covered terrace, please do not smoke inside the apartment. In the period between March and November we require payment at check in in cash of the tourist tax, the amount of which is € 0.50 per person per night. Children under 14 are exempt. The property reserves the right to deduct a portion of the security deposit paid, in the event of failure to comply with the house rules, which will be illustrated at check-in by one of our collaborators. On the other hand it is only a question of the common rules of good education and mutual respect. It is possible to travel by bike taking advantage of the cycle path or even comfortably by public transport. In front of the Residence there is a large public car park.
