This splendid holiday home with swimming pool and fitness area (Finnish wood-burning sauna and gym equipment) lies 15 km from the sea and less than 50 km from the charming Cinque Terre, directly along the Via Francigena. But not only ...Do not miss an excursion to the "stretti di Giaredo”, which are deep canyons carved by the Gordona stream that will amaze you with the contrasting colors of the rocks with the crystal clear waters, and finally, the spectacular scenery offered by the charming villages of "The Cinque Terre", reachable by car or by boat departing from La Spezia, passing via Portovenere (UNESCO - World Heritage Site). Just over an hour by car you can reach the Versilia in Tuscany with the popular Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, an open-air modern art gallery. The house dates back to the 1700s, but has been carefully restored and is surrounded by greenery, set among cherry trees, plum trees and mulberry trees. The accommodation comprises a kitchenette, laundry and toilet. On the upper floor are three bedrooms with private bathroom. An additional room with two beds and bathroom is in the attic floor, reached via a steep spiral staircase. A further double bedroom with a private bathroom is in a studio adjacent to the house. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate. Up to 2 pets are allowed.
