This is a typical Dalmatian stone house that was renovated a few years ago and has been welcoming guests from all over the world since then. Orasac is a small village near the sea and about 13 km west of the historic city of Dubrovnik. Due to its location, the villa offers a relaxing and stress-free vacation. There are several terraces where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the Elaphiti Islands. The 38 m² pool is located on a 60 m² spacious terrace with sea views and is only available to you. Kindly note that the pool available from May 1st to October 1st. Next to the pool is an outdoor kitchen with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and covers an area of ​​approximately 200m2. Overall, the villa can accommodate 6-8 people. There are 4 bedrooms; Two bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has a twin bed and the fourth bedroom has a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people. 3 bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and mirror, are available to guests of the house. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine. The kitchen is in a separate room from the dining / living area. It is fully equipped with: fridge with cooling department, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, stove, oven, cutlery, dishes and dishwasher. The dining area is also in a separate room, which offers direct access to a 30 m² terrace with sea views. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Alternatively, you can use the table and chairs that are available on the terrace to enjoy a meal with a magnificent vew. The living room is spacious and offers an entertaining atmosphere; Sea view, deck chairs, sofa, satellite TV, DVD / VHS, radio and books. Additional equipment includes: bed linen, towels, WIFI, air condition, iron, safe, baby cot, high chair, barbecue, private parking and garden. The owners live on the same property in a separate apartment in the ground floor and are happy to help and advise you during your stay. We recommend traveling with a vehicle, as public transport is rare. The entire area and property are the perfect choice for those who want to relax during their vacation, enjoy the sound and scents of nature.
