ACCOMMODATION This north facing home has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms which includes a master bedroom with an ensuite and two other bedrooms that share the main bathroom. Open plan living spaces ideal for our weather and covered sunny decks. There is a 2nd multi-purpose lounge/study that has a foldout double futon bed. LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT There are ample open plan living spaces that include lounge dining and multi-purpose room with study desk and double bed futon lounge. The light filled lounge room is light filled overlooking the deck and has a big comfy leather lounge & recliner chair. The big covered north facing deck provides an additional outdoor dining option to the indoor dining space. The upper deck provides a shady space underneath by the pool to sit and there is an outdoor shower to wash off before jumping into the pool or spa. There is another covered deck area at the eastern side of the house where you can enjoy the back yard and where the dog castle is located. Bedroom 2 & 3 have direct access to the area by sliding doors.
