We bought this as bare land 35 yrs ago and set about creating a home for our 3 children. Now we are surrounded by gardens, trees, birds and produce and have created a welcoming place for friends, family and visitors to come and enjoy. The kids have flown and we enjoy having visitors to share our bounty. Pure spring water supplies us with the best drinking water you could find anywhere. It is so abundant there's enough to run our 65m waterslide, the duck pond and the gold fish pond. The house has been a labour of love and the self contained accommodation is a relaxing self contained haven surrounded by gardens. Our road is part of the bike trail along the beautiful Motueka Valley. We have a 1km track to the top of the hill for spectacular views of the mountains, valley and out to sea. Special conditions: Pets allowed with prior approval. Must be kept tied up and outside only. We have native weka birds roaming the gardens and we can't have dogs or cats roaming. You are welcome to put up a tent for children or we can put sleeping mats on the floor in the living area. There is an extra bathroom off the living area.
