The house has a bright living & dining area with fireplace, an open kitchen, a garden seating area with barbecue facilities and views of Lake Brienz. The rental price includes WLAN and 1 garage parking space (a few minutes walk away). Pets and smoking in the house are not allowed. The cozy 3.5-room chalet (58m2) is perfect for people who want to spend beautiful days in the countryside. The chalet is accessible by 14 steps and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with three single beds next to each other, 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The bright and friendly living area with fireplace stove (wood included) has TV, radio and blue-ray and an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In addition, the chalet offers a garden terrace with barbecue facilities and unique views of Lake Brienz and the Rothorn mountain range. In the chalet there is 1 baby crib and 1 baby seat at your free disposal. Included in the rental price are WLAN, 1 parking space above the steps (only in summer) and 1 garage parking space (260 m. away). Pets and smoking in the house are not allowed. The bedroom with 3 single beds is accessible only through a hatch with steep stairs. The hatch can be closed from the living room. During your stay we are at your disposal as follows: Monday - Saturday 08:00 - 17:00 Sunday closed Outside the opening hours, we are available for emergencies until 22 o'clock on the mobile phone. Axalp is situated at 1,535 m above sea level, nestled in a clearing above Brienz. The small village is accessible via a 10km long, narrow mountain road, which is passable all year round. With its numerous activity possibilities, Axalp is a very popular destination for young and old. Directly in front of the front door you have a variety of hiking trails to choose from in summer. In winter you are spoilt for choice between skiing, cross-country skiing and sledging. In addition, the village has a grocery store and two restaurants.
