Vistamar apartment is located in the quiet south-western part of the beautiful Andalucian white-washed village of Mijas, it is perfectly situated, within a five minute walk to an abundance of restaurants, tapas bars and cafes. It is in a gated community on the first floor, there is a lift in the complex and the walk to the entrance of the apartment has no steps. Our spacious, recently refurbished, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which was built in 2004, has a modern, fully equipped, brand new kitchen and a large, bright, airy living/dining room which leads onto a patio with the most breath taking panoramic sea views. The living room has a large flat screen TV with English TV channels and a PS2 which doubles up as a DVD player, there are DVD's provided for your enjoyment as well as games and books. The apartment has FREE WiFi. There is a dining area which provides seating for 6 people. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, 4 ring induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine as well as all the crockery, cutlery and gadgets that you should need. All of the bedrooms and the living/dining room benefit from a recently installed, brand new, integrated air conditioning system which also provides heat during the winter months. The apartment has marble floors throughout. The Master bedroom has two single beds set up as a king size bed but can be separated and dressed as singles if required, fitted wardrobes, a TV, again with some English channels, plenty of storage and also its own terrace with beautiful views of the village, the surrounding mountains and down to the sea, it also benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The other two bedrooms also have two single beds, fitted wardrobes, plenty of storage and Juliette balconies, again with stunning views. The spacious main bathroom has a bath and shower. Towels are provided. For your convenience we also supply shampoo and shower gel. Children over the age of 10 are welcome. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.
