The 60 m² apartment consists of a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning (kitchen & bedrooms), a washing machine and a TV. In the shared outdoor area you will find an open terrace with comfortable seating, where you can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee or tea. Due to its central location, you can reach stores, bars, restaurants and cafes in the picturesque old town of Otranto in less than 5 minutes on foot. The nearest beach, with its fine sand and turquoise waters, is just an 8-minute walk (550 m) away. A grocery store is a 3-minute walk from your accommodation. The famous Grotte dell'Orte can be reached in 8 minutes by car (3 km) and it takes you only 10 minutes by car to reach the beautiful viewpoint "Punta Faci" on the sea with its striking lighthouse. Here you can take endless walks by the sea. Parking space can be reserved at the guarded parking lot a few meters from the house at a cost of 30 euros per week. Bed linen is included in the price.
