Located in a tranquil area in the heart of Los Caños de Meca, Casa Anita is ideally nestled between the golden sands of the local beach and the beautiful hills and pine forest of the natural park La Breña. Restored in 2016, the holiday home stretches across 2 floors and consists of a spacious, open-plan living/dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds measuring 1.60 x 2,00 m and one with 2 single beds measuring 1,90 x 0,90) as well as 3 bathrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, and a separate freezer. Casa Anita can therefore accommodate a maximum of 6 people (including children and babies). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in every room), mosquito nets, a 40' satellite television with international channels, a baby cot and a highchair (the latter 2 upon request). Start your day with some toast and a fresh coffee made from your choice between an American, Italian or a Nespresso coffee maker and make refreshing drinks with the juicer and blender. Outside, you are invited to prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and share them on the elegant veranda, furnished with a table. On the other side of the house, relax under the sun on the terrace and gaze out at the beautiful garden, lined with trees and equipped with sun loungers and a play area for children. There is additionally an unfurnished rooftop terrace available to you, where you can climb up to steal a view of the surrounding hills and enjoy a glass of wine. Due to the property’s optimal location, you can find within a 4-minute walk (150 m) not only a selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes, but also the stunning sandy beaches of this infamous, charming town. The beautiful sights of Cape Trafalgar are also only about 2 km or a 25-minute walk from your front door. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid, cleaning rags and a new sponge as well as essential amenities like shower gel, shampoo and washing detergent are included in the price. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and heaters. Pets, events, parties and smoking are not permitted. There is an extra charge of €50 / week for heating use. -
