Villa Philiton is one of three rental villas in our complex, each designed as a complete private home. Wisely unfolding on our large and beautiful estate (4.000 m2) that was meticulously designed and appointed by our architects at different levels, it is making use of our land’s privileged hillside and position, for ensuring stunning views as well as privacy and rest for its guests. Philiton is ideal for couples, families and friends, as it is comprised of two stories (50 m2 each - total 100 m2), which connect via an indoor round staircase, allowing the comfort of up to 5 people. There is parking, wi-fi, air-conditioning and autonomous heating in the home. On the upper level there is a dining room/living room with a fireplace, open kitchen (fully equipped), a bedroom (queen-sized bed) and a fully equipped bathroom. Outside, one can find a large veranda protected by a wooden pergola and completed with a comfortable stone bench and an outdoor dining table, a space ideal for dining with a view. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room (incl. a couch which can transform into a bed), a fire place, a bedroom (incl. two single beds that can be combined into a double bed) and a fully equipped bathroom (also includes washing machine) and a TV. Outside, there is a large fully protected veranda with a comfortable stone bench and outdoor furniture. Both verandas are meticulously built in order to offer a breathtaking view of the Aegean see as well as protection from the strong summer winds coming from North (“meltemia”). We are proud for our lovely renowned nearby sandy beaches, but we also offer for your further enjoyment our grand swimming pool and its beautifully constructed area. Thus, at a carefully selected location of our property, with a breathtaking scenic and panoramic view, we have also built a spacious swimming pool area for the use of all guests from our three villas. So, indulge yourself more, in this majestic area, which includes a high-quality large swimming pool, a great porch with broad stone benches and many sun loungers. We have selected to build our house on the slope of Saint Peter's hill (a 300 m uphill road leads to us) at this location of our properties, 600 m from the beautiful sandy beach, because of its magnificent undisturbed beach view. The home is just 3 km from Andros’ port Gavrio, and just 5 km from the lively town of Batsi. There is a supermarket 1,2 Km, a grocery shop 700 m and gourmet taverns just 800 m away from home.
