As well as an abundance of local walks there are many amenities locally including a beautiful lake with beach and restaurant, river kayaking, international karting track, horse riding, bike hire and much more. The owners live on site in a seperate apartment and are available for any help but will stay out of your way except to water flowers and general maintenance.
