Beautiful natural landscapes and endless historic treasures wait to be found in the beautiful surrounding Shenandoah Valley. Fifteen minutes to Massanutten Waterpark, 25 minutes to JMU, 45 mins to Charlottesville. Near many wineries, historic sites, wedding venues and cultural centers. This second story accommodation has been restored to a 1600 square foot space and has 7 rooms. ​​​​​​​-ROOM 1-Living Room -ROOM 2 - Dining Room with seating for 6-8 -ROOM 3-Kitchen with counter top seating for 4 -ROOM 4-Pantry/Laundry Room -ROOM 5-Master Bedroom with Queen bed w/connected Master/2nd bath -ROOM 6- Full Bathroom -ROOM 7-Bedroom with Queen bed -ROOM 8-Bedroom with 2 Twin beds -ROOM 9- Play area The kitchen is centrally located and improved by granite counter tops. The lower floor has since been completed with a formal entrance and sitting area. Hardwood floors throughout and the original front brick wall left exposed. Original front windows provides a flashback in time to 1913! There is an active train connection site across the street. It is very exciting to watch the trains come in from the convenience of your luxurious loft. Please note, there may be a stray sound disturbance in the living room, as the trains arrive and depart from the station. The building is located on the old town main street. You enter through an old storefront transformed into a shared foyer/entrance area. This area has 2 chairs and a sofa where you are welcome to enjoy your morning coffee and the mountain views. There will be a locked key box at the entry point. You will receive the code for the lock key box prior to your arrival.
