The Grove: Main House

The grand foyer will wow with 16 ft. ceilings, original fishbone hardwood floors and original shiplap walls. There are two king masters on the first level both with a private en suite bath. Sailor inspired bunk room is also on the first level with an ensuite bath, and accommodates six individuals with 6 xl twin beds. The remaining two guest rooms are on the second level and feature queen beds and shared bath with a standalone shower.  This is an exceptional property featuring a double lot with direct views of the lagoon and easy, private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. Stand at the front door and gaze south down the long sabal palm lined driveway to see the Gulf in the distance, hear the waves crashing, a slice of heaven offered at The Grove.  Bright and playful, the chef's kitchen is large and fully stocked with modern appliances, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, plus, designated coffee bar. Ample seating for dining is provided with a custom milled Birch wood table. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island as well as al fresco options overlooking the lagoon on the screened in porch.  The living area hosts comfortable sectionals with a large flat screen television, reading nook, and gorgeous water views. WiFi is provided throughout making an exceptional location for working remotely.  Shared amenities include an indoor pool, dock with fish cleaning station, game room with pool table, foosball, dry bar, and flat screen television. There is ample parking available for all, and space to accommodate boat/trailer parking with the Indian Pass boat launch less than 2 miles down the road.  Enjoy mature, lush grounds with a designated garden space, fire pit, and veranda.
