Enjoy our desert, mineral pool house! Beautiful, new tiny house with queen size bed, full kitchen and elevated deck for pure relaxation. HOUSE: Escape the city and enjoy the beauty of luxury tiny house life at Sky Valley Resort. A one bedroom + one bathroom house located perfectly between the peaceful lakes and the relaxing mineral pools. Bright living space and fully equipped kitchen with CENTRAL AC! Hop between lounging in the AC and soaking in the mineral pools. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed with roku tvs in both the living room and bedroom. Home sleeps a total of 4 with a pull out queen size sofa bed. Enjoy the beauty and breeze of the desert nights on the elevated deck with twinkle lights under the stars. SAFETY: Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest to ensure you have a safe experience. INTERNET + CELL SERVICE: AT&T gets super spotty service here. Our internet is strong so you can confidently work from home. Verizon/Sprint work great! (Highly recommend taking a swim on your lunch break.) PETS: One pet allowed with $50 pet fee. There are two lovely dog parks at the resort. COMMUNITY: Sky Valley Resort is the desert's best kept secret. Tiny houses and midcentury style homes meander around the lakes and trails. There are 13 natural mineral pools in addition to hiking trails, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. There is even a farmer's market every Wednesday! AMENITIES: central AC laundry facilities available at the club house little market cafe next to the pool cable and smart tv in the living room and bedroom weekly farmers market BONUS! There is no postmates/uber eats however there is a chef in the community that does delicious dinners brought right to your door. You can order ahead (they sell out every day!) and it is $15 plus dessert. UNIT #126 Guests can park up to two cars in the driveway of the home. The resort is very walkable to the pools, lakes and hiking. This is a quiet & serene community of vacationers and permanent residents in the beautiful Sky Valley resort. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet at all times and in all locations. Guests must be 25 years old to book and provide a valid photo ID. Guests will sign the resort rental agreement 48 hours after booking.
