Welcome to Longhorn Lakeside Chalet, a light-filled waterside chalet located in a quiet cul de sac on Sonnenblick Lake. This family and pet friendly chalet boasts incredible lake views, inside and out. Enjoy gorgeous views of the sunset from inside your chalet, while relaxing on your deck, or while enjoying activities lakeside! With an oversized kitchen and dining area, this chalet is perfect for family and friend groups. The living area boasts a wall of windows with lake views. Outside, relax on the deck, on the dock, or around the firepit. Or, take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boat and spend all of your time on the water. This chalet has a bedroom and a full bath on the main level, and a large second floor with two additional bedrooms, and a second full bathroom, and foldout futon in the open loft area. On the main floor you'll find a larger, renovated kitchen, a comfortable eating area and spacious family room. The chalet has 6 beds and sleeps 8. House Details Main floor bedroom with a Queen bed and full bath 2nd floor bedroom with Queen size bed 2nd floor bedroom with 2 sets of Twin XL Bunk Beds (will accommodate adults). 2nd floor bath with shower/tub combo Loft area with fold out futon, foosball table and Smart TV Smart TV in the living room Large luxury dog crate 4-person paddle boat, 1 adult kayak, and 3 children kayaks 7 lifejackets total (two 30-50 lb children's jackets, three 50-90 lb children's jackets, 1 Adult Large Jacket, and 1 Adult X-Large Jacket) Private dock Outdoor fire areas Gas grill This chalet is equipped with wifi. This chalet is pet-friendly, two dog maximum, no cats. There is a $35 per night pet fee. Please note that we charge a one time $72 property damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $1500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen. This fee is already included in your nightly rate. A Pack N Play is available upon request for a $25 fee. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We do have early check-in options, but cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. In order to respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort's rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings at our chalets (typically 10-15 people). You will receive a text a week before your stay with more information. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that allows you, our guests, and our property owners to feel confident about our short-term rental transactions. Please note that once you have booked you will be asked to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.
