Located within 5 miles to the Atlantic Ocean. In short driving distance to Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Bars, Restaurants and so many other attractions and activities. LongTerm Stay ready! This Boho Zen Retreat awaits you! Our Waterfront Home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches to make your experience relaxing and peaceful. Enjoy the spacious and open layout with a large dining and living room area equipped with ample seating. Tile floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, modern cabinetry, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave. Enjoy our relaxing Hot Tub, screened-in Outdoor Dining area and the sweet Canal views. The perfect getaway. Please note: Guests are encouraged to read & are expected to honor and abide by all House Rules. Absolutely No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests may occupy throughout the stay (unless priorly discussed/approved with additional fees to be paid in advance). No Pets (allergies). A Security Deposit is required for every reservation per House Rules; booking is an agreement to pay security deposit & honor all house rules. Guests have access to the entire home. I am close by and always available. I believe in the importance of privacy so I will not be coming by unless it’s needed. You will be provided my direct number where you can call or text anytime. Our Waterfront Home is located just north of 520 and N. Banana River Drive, less than a 10 min. drive to The Cocoa Beach. The Cocoa Beach Pier has paid parking, showers, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor waterfront dining along with small shops and beach access. There are so many other Beach Parks, Bars and Restaurants within short driving distance, Uber, or Lyft. You’ll be a short driving distance, Uber or Lyft to the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Coconuts on the Beach, the Ron John’s Surf Shop and many other bars, restaurants, shops and activities that we have included in our Guidebook. A 1 hour driving distance to Disney World, Universal Studios and many other Orlando Theme Parks and Activities. Nearest Airport is Melbourne International Airport, Florida MLB (35 min. drive). Orlando International Airport, MCO is a little short of 1 hour drive. Uber & Lyft are available. Important things to Note: BY BOOKING WITH US ALL GUESTS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES: **Please keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood, we expect you to respect the neighbors, all of whom live here full time, are elderly and like to have their quiet peace and privacy. Please do not bother the neighbors with questions about the area. If you have any questions or need suggestions we are always here and happy to help. PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC, OR NOISY GET-TOGETHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and 11:00pm to 9:00am on weekends. Absolutely no firecrackers or fireworks of any kind should be set off from inside or outside of the home as it creates a fire hazard with our landscaping and furniture. NUMBER OF GUESTS: We are happy to accommodate up to 7 guests (including children) unless approved in advance. Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. PETS are not allowed (Allergies). CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply. CHECK-OUT time is 11:00am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply. Please keep in mind that we operate on a 90% occupancy rate and it takes the cleaning crew anywhere from 4-5 hours to clean a home this size. On the other hand if you want to guarantee a late check-out, you can book an extra night. The same goes with an early check-in. We try to accommodate our guests the best way possible but we are not able to guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out unless you reserve it. PROVIDED: Upon Arrival you should make an inventory of what you will need for the duration of your stay. For your convenience you will have items provided such as; * 14 Bath Towels * 8 Hot Tub Towels * 8 Washcloths * Toilet Paper * Paper Towels * Body Wash * Shampoo & Conditioner * Makeup wipes * Dish Soap * Dishwasher pods * Cleaning products * Cups * Wine & Margarita Cups * Plates * Coffee Cups * Coffee Maker * Toaster * Pots and Pans * Cooking Utensils * Silverware * Wine Opener * Pizza Slicer * Bowls and Strainer * Laundry Detergent * Trash bags MAINTENANCE: Also note that we have maintenance for lawn & Hot Tub. The lawn and the Hot Tub are serviced on Thursdays. TRASH: Please place your trash & recycling in the cans as it is accumulated. Do not store garbage in the home or garage. Failure to remove trash from the home and neglecting the trash & recycling pick up can result to added cleaning fees and disposal costs which will result in deduction to your deposit. DISCLOSURE: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are also not responsible for loss of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property. NOTE TO OUR GUESTS: I am a strong believer in the principles of home sharing and this home is an important investment for me along with our personal family beach home. I depend on feedback from the each guest to improve the experience for the next guest and your next stay. I am an active manager of the home and am continuously reinvesting in the home to make sure it is an incredible experience for every guest.
