Summary: Located in the heart of several National Parks, Kanab is the perfect base camp for all of your adventures! Our home is set in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of room for your family reunion, corporate retreat, or gathering of friends! With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a theater room, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, fantastic kitchen for creating memories and meals, and extra kitchenette downstairs, your group will enjoy relaxing in this space surrounded by the red cliffs of Kanab! We offer a free concierge with some great recommendations:) Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area, centrally located among Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon (North Rim), Zion National Park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Kodachrome Basin, Lake Powell, the Wave, Horseshoe Bend and so much more. After a day of adventures, come back and relax with a hot shower and feel free to use our washer and dryer. The Space: Each bedroom pays homage to our area, with themed rooms specific to different National Parks and Recreation Areas. We hope to inspire guests to visit these fantastic places! Our home is decorated in a Southwest Modern style, perfect for hosting special gatherings! Guest Access: Guests are welcome to enjoy the six bedrooms, five bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, theater room and dinette (downstairs), laundry room, balcony with fireplace and grill, and the hot tub! The Neighborhood: Located close to Highway 89, but far enough away that it is a quiet neighborhood. It is set on a wide street and there is very little traffic that passes by. The neighborhood is wrapped in red cliffs, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are empty lots on either side of the home as well as behind it, so there is a nice feeling of seclusion. Getting Around: There is no public transportation in Kanab, however, it is a very small town (a few miles square), and getting around it is very easy. With a large circular driveway in front and rock path on the side of the home, as well as street parking, there is ample space for vehicles. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.
