Enjoy many activities lake Chatuge and the GA mountains have to offer. Fishing and swimming paradise! Bring your poles and gear. Use our kayaks and life vests. Safe swimming for kids. Low boat traffic. Limited access to the lake. Jet skis or short boats fit under the bridge. Bridge clearance is about 4ft to 5 ft. Beds for 6 people + 2 additional people (1 sofa bed and 1 futon). Gentle yard slope for easy lake access (no steep stairs to the lake). Close to town for shopping & multitude of activities. Office area and blazing fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. Boat and jet ski rentals are available by the Marina. You will need a car to get around. The low bridge on our side only allows for small boats, kayaks and jets skis to go through. Additional information: 1. The house is on a septic tank. Please contact me if you are unfamiliar with this kind of system. 2. NO SMOKING! 3. No pets of any kind please. 4. Bring own lake towels 5.
