Very bright, independent apartment, surrounded by the countryside, over 80 sqm with garden, located on the first floor, accessible by a staircase, of a terraced house: composed of 1 living room, 1 kitchenette / kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, for a total of 4 beds (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, availability of a double sofa bed on request) 2 terraces, with the possibility to have lunch and dinner under the pergola of the vegetable garden. Fully functional fireplace, TV, with DVD, stereo, washing machine. Dishes, linens, blankets and towels. Availability of consulting books for excursions and local knowledge. E 'was prepared by the owners a specific booklet for consultation, in Italian-English, with suggestions for day trips / visits to places of natural and archaeological interest and guidance on typical local products of the area. The historic town center is a 7-minute walk as well as the nearest supermarket. Pets are accepted. For internet access a "poket wi-fi" is available, to be returned at the end of the stay. From 13.07.2017 the Municipality of Bolsena applies a tourist tax, for the first 7 days, of € 1 per person per day, which must be paid in cash at the time of check-in; among the exempt categories, even children under 10 years.
