The outdoor space of this home is so amazing you’ll likely be spending a ton of time out here! Relax in your outdoor oasis featuring amazing views across the pond and golf course. It’s also an ideal spot to catch some gorgeous Texas sunsets over the water. The yard is beautifully landscaped and includes a patio area perfect for outdoor dining. You’ll also have a relaxing hammock to take a nap or read a book in. As if all of that wasn’t enough, you can cool off by taking a dip in the huge glittering pool! Once you’ve had your fill of the outdoors, you’ll love coming in to the relaxing and spacious interior of the home. With large windows, an open concept, and high ceilings in the living room, the space is bright and airy. The décor and furniture lend a modern yet cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Gather as a group by the fireplace in the spacious living room to reminisce about your amazing day and make plans for the next one. The large kitchen opens to the living area and features lots of space on the granite countertops. You’ll have 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the home. The rooms are beautifully furnished with comfy furniture and amazing wall art. You’ll be sure to get a great night’s sleep in the tranquil atmosphere as you sink into the luxurious linens. The master bedroom also offers great views of the water! Both full bathrooms feature large double vanities and updated finishes. The master bath has a standing shower and a relaxing soaking tub. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 23 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. Andretti Indoor Karting is 12 minutes away and features go karting, bowling, arcade, ropes courses, and laser tag. Named one of the “Top 10 Trips to Take Before Your Kid Turns 10” by Parents Magazine, the kids will adore the Crayola Experience, featuring 22 hands-on attractions. It’s less than 15 minutes away! The Frisco Heritage Museum (13 mins away) has a unique collection of vintage cars and antiques, while The National Videogame Museum (12 mins away) has rare gaming consoles and arcade machines. If nature is more to your taste, you’re located right beside a pond and near White Rock Creek. Arbor Hills Nature Preserve boasts 200 acres and is 15 minutes away. It has 3 miles of paved hiking trails, 3 miles of unpaved hiking trails, and a 2.8-mile bike trail. You can also get a great view of the park from the observation tower. Frisco Central Park is 10 minutes away and is thought to be one of the most beautiful spaces in Frisco. Located in the heart of the city, it’s a great spot for walks and taking pictures in the many scenic spots, including the beautiful water features. Frisco Commons Park (10 mins away) features playgrounds, a fishing pond, spray pad, and an amphitheater. There are many shopping and entertainment options, including The Shops at Willow Bend, an 11-minute drive. Legacy West is 15 minutes away and is the largest mixed retail destination in North Texas. It is home to the best in shopping and dining, with great brands and more than 20 restaurants, along with a Renaissance-style hotel. Offering the classic energetic yet relaxing boardwalk feel, Granite Park Boardwalk is 10 minutes away and has many excellent restaurants with beautiful patios, live entertainment, and outdoor games. Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
