BEDROOM: The apartment has one bedroom with good natural lighting and an amazing city view. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe and bed-head lighting, and is directly connected to the bathroom. BATHROOM: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and a hair dryer is provided along with clean towels. MAIN AREA: The main area is fitted with a 3-seater L-shaped couch which can be converted into a sofa bed to sleep one extra person, and guests can enjoy local TV shows on the full HD 49” TV provided. There is also a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the main area which can cool/heat the whole apartment, so that you are never left feeling uncomfortable. Two windows that look over Perth CBD are also situated in the main area (next to the TV), which allow guests to see the beautiful city skyline. KITCHEN: The open kitchen has a fridge, oven, stove and microwave. Cutlery and cooking utensils (pots, pans etc.) are supplied along with free tea and coffee. The glass dining table can fit up to four people, although two chairs are given by default. WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER: There is a washing machine and dryer that is fully usable if necessary. CAR PARKING: There is a secure, underground parking bay which is provided when guests rent the unit.
