The property is fully fenced, it is equipped with an electric gate and offers the possibility of parking up to 2 cars in the driveway and enjoying Quiberon on foot or by bicycle. She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...) Arrival: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. Departure: between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Make an appointment with Marie, she will do her best to satisfy your desired arrival and departure time. CONDITIONS ---------- Bed linen and towels are provided - the beds are prepared for your arrival A deposit of 800 € will be requested on your arrival and will be returned to you 7 days after your departure if no damage is noted. A key deposit of € 250 will be requested upon arrival and returned on the day of departure if all sets of keys are returned. Cleaning option (120 €) to be specified. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. Smokers are welcome but on the terrace! Animals are not allowed.
