Our facilities offer 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a large dining area and open lounge with an expansive entertainers’ kitchen. Key features – • Large 55-inch screen available for plugging in presentations, with flip chart and whiteboard • Full cooking facilities along with a BBQ area • Outside catering is welcome • Spacious games room that can be utilised for pre-drinks, team building or just general socialising • Beautiful and well-manicured gardens provide a charming backdrop to any event • The long and wide well-positioned balcony boasts a perfect location for afternoon drinks. Accommodation – At Dixieland Estate, we offer guest bedrooms appointed with beautiful furnishing and modern accents. Each of our 8 bedrooms is decorated with an eye toward comfort and understated elegance. Various bedding configurations are available from Queen sized beds with ensuites to Single bedrooms – each room accommodating 2 to 4 people. If required, we can arrange additional bedding in each room. Please note: • This property is STRICTLY no bachelor/bachelorette weekends or parties of any sort or loud music. • This property is NOT pet friendly. • WiFi and pay TV are not guaranteed. These are complimentary and hence, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held liable. • This external property is monitored by CCTV, • Please be aware that the front gate has an automatic gate opener and there is a code to open and close the gate. DO NOT force or push on the gate to open or close. Any damage to the gate will be charged. • We will never request payments to be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in Australia.
